Reverse engineering: “New law will allow financing to create UFOs”

The inhabitants of the United States are already resigned to the long waits to pass laws. However, that seems to be changing when it comes to UFOs…now a new Defense Bill will allow reverse engineering technology to be financed.
Reverse engineering can be financed in the United States
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York has introduced an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act, to establish an “Office of Anomaly Surveillance and Resolution.”
She thus plans to consolidate the collection and analysis of all military-related unidentified aerial phenomena data into one group: the Surveillance and Troubleshooting Office.
But before that amendment could be acted on, the US House of Representatives passed the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA.
There are strict provisions of the UAPs, described in said article. In a roll call vote of 363 to 70, the measure was sent to the Senate for approval in early January.
Why so fast? Everything seems to indicate that this bill requests funds to reverse engineer these UAPs.
The amendment says the following:
“(Oversee the development of a) scientific plan to develop and test, to the extent possible, scientific theories to account for the characteristics and performance of unidentified aerial phenomena that exceed the state of the art known to science or technology. Even in the areas of propulsion, aerodynamic control, signatures, structures, materials, sensors, countermeasures, weapons, electronics, and power generation “(and attempt)” to replicate such advanced features and performance; and provide the basis for possible future investments to replicate such advanced features and technology.”
an immediate approval
The Miltary web portal interviewed Representative Rubén Gallego of Arizona, sponsor of the legislation. He hinted that the reverse engineering will be the responsibility of a group in the Department of Defense.
“Protecting our national security interests means knowing who and what is flying in US airspace. Right now, our UAP tracking and identification system is dispersed throughout the Department of Defense and other departments and agencies. of the federal government.”
The Pentagon wants a single organization to specialize in knowing everything about UFOs and, if possible, reverse engineering them.
That is why they want the budget to be approved immediately and that there is no interference to incorporate said advanced technology and replicate it. And it seems that it doesn’t matter if it’s physically or through computer models. That way, US military personnel will know what to deal with when they meet them again.
Does this suggest there is something they want to address quickly? Could they have discovered a technology that they need to reverse engineer right away?
