Scientific Report Confirms Presence Of A̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ In Puerto Rico
Many of the unidentified objects and anomalous light phenomena originate in an area to the south of the island of Vieques, leaving or entering the sea.
The object was sucking in seawater, and the water was swirling like a blender. A column of bright green light, similar to that of a powerful spotlight, was coming out from under the object.
The Doctor. Mark Carlotto has made public an excellent report and scientific analysis on the various anomalies that appear in the videos of the STS-48 and STS-80 space shuttle missions.
Something that caught our attention more specifically in this report was the event he identifies as F-1 in the video of the STS-80 mission, which originates, according to Dr. Carlotto, in an area located east of Puerto Rico, specifically in an area south of the island of Vieques.
The ‘anomaly’ consists of a large luminous object that appeared to emerge from the sea at a point located in the south of the island of Vieques, and ascends into space, while being recorded by the space shuttle camera. As it approaches the shuttle, the object turns to the left and disappears from view.
In the book Vieques: Caribbean U̳F̳O̳ Cover-Up of the Third Kind, I report many incidents related to U̳F̳O̳/a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ that occurred in this same area.
We believe that the findings of Dr. Carlotto’s references to the F-1 event are very important because they CONFIRM the situation that we have been reporting for five years: Many of the unidentified objects and anomalous luminous phenomena described in the book originate precisely in this same zone, coming from or entering the sea.
There were many major incidents reported by both Puerto Rico State Police and Vieques City Police Officers, US Navy security personnel, Vieques municipal government officials and officials, fishermen, pilots, civilian peace protesters, and many residents.
Special Order S̳e̳c̳r̳e̳t̳ by President Clinton
After the arrest of many civilian protesters in Vieques on May 4, 2000, other events took place, some of which surprised even Puerto Rico’s political leaders. One such event was the blockade made around Vieques by US Coast Guard vessels, preventing Vieques fishermen from going out to sea and earning their daily livelihood.
A popular radio program in Puerto Rico, “Fuego Cruzado,” which analyzes political and social issues, questioned the Coast Guard’s action. During the program, panelist Carlos Gallis‡, a pro-Independence analyst, asked under what orders the US Coast Guard acted in this way, as it normally would not be authorized to place a blockade.
It was soon learned that the Coast Guard was acting under a secret order issued by President William Clinton, who declared the Vieques area “…in a state of rebellion.” Why would acts of peaceful civil disobedience be considered acts of rebellion? the speakers asked.
The so-called secret special order had been issued by President Clinton under the provisions of the US National Security Act, and stated that the situation in Vieques was dangerously affecting US relations with another nation, a foreign power, and emphasized that this was very dangerous to the national security interest of the United States.
The radio show’s panel asked which nation this was, as a justifying statement to issue the order “… made no sense.” Unknowingly, the panel touched on the subject of Vieques; it was something never discussed, with far-reaching implications, and one that worried US national security strategists.
The truth is that none of the nations that participated in bombing exercises with the US Navy and experimented with new weapons around Vieques posed any danger to the United States. So what nation or “foreign power” was President Clinton referring to when he issued this classified order, and why was it classified?
The answer to this may well be that the “foreign power” President Clinton was speaking of was an a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳n̳n̳l̳l̳i̳e̳n̳n̳n̳l̳i̳i̳e̳n̳n̳c̳i̳v̳i̳l̳i̳z̳a̳t̳i̳o̳n̳n̳n̳n form represented by beings that appear to live underground in the areas of the El Yunque Rainforest in eastern Puerto Rico, and under the sea around the Vieques area, several kilometers off the west coast of Puerto Rico.
Examples of such a presence in the area are triangle-shaped U̳F̳O̳s suspended over a US Navy airstrip and U̳F̳O̳s rising from the sea. We interviewed the Director of the Vieques Municipal Police, Delegate Wilfredo Feliciano, who informed us of a number of important observations.
Triangular U̳F̳O̳
The first sighting took place in the summer of 1997 (around 9 pm) when Feliciano was driving his car along Route 997, which runs from the Esperanza sector to Isabel II.
At the crossroads of a place known as Beco da Marta, he noticed an intense yellow light hovering motionless in the sky some distance away. Intrigued, he parked the car on the left side of the road to watch the light more closely.
“It was a very large triangular object,” he stated, “completely shrouded in bright yellow light… It appeared to be at an altitude of about 500 feet above the ground, over a property belonging to Camp Crane. I calculated the altitude based on the height of some trees in the area. What intrigued me the most was that the thing was suspended right over the area where the US Navy has a runway for their planes to land and take off… And that was an unidentified flying object.
“There were no military exercises at the time, so what was that object, that triangle of light, doing there on the runway? Thinking I was looking at something I shouldn’t be seeing, I left the place immediately. But from that moment, I realized that something very strange is happening in the lands controlled by the US Navy.
“A few days later, my wife told me that she saw a similar object, also at night, suspended over the same spot where I had seen the object, over the Camp Garça track. The following weekend, as we were going to her mother’s house, we saw another one of those triangles. This time our children were with us in the car; they saw it too.”
Feliciano and his family observed the object from a distance of three kilometers and, even from that distance, described its size as three to four feet long, which indicates that the object was very large.
He also told us that, as part of his duties with the municipal police, he had to patrol the lands west of Vieques, until then under the control of the US Navy, and on many occasions he saw brightly lit U̳F̳O̳s emerging from the sea in Punta Arenas. sector and flying at great speed in the night sky. Often objects would take several quick turns before leaving the area.
“This happened on many occasions, sometimes between 9pm and 11pm, and sometimes around 2 or 3am. They leave the sea at a point right in the middle between Punta Arenas and the Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Ceiba.”
Large Saucer Vessel Absorbs Sea Water
Witness Carlos Zen—n is a Viennese fisherman and one of the leaders involved in the movement to remove the US Navy from the island. Both he and his children suffered periods of incarceration in the US federal prison in Puerto Rico because of their commitment to this cause.
Once assured of the seriousness of our investigation, Mr. Zen—n gave us his testimony about some impressive situations he witnessed personally, commenting on the possible involvement of the US Navy with the U̳F̳O̳ / a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ incidents experienced by the people of Vieques. He stated:
“This type of event has been happening here (on Vieques) for some time. It’s not something new. On one occasion in 1996 I was fishing with some other fishermen in the sea. We were a few kilometers south of La Esperanza. It was around 9pm when we suddenly saw something unexpected. We saw several very bright spheres of light coming out of the top of Cerro Ventana (mountain located in the south of Vieques).
“These globes of light were bluish-white and seemed to come straight from the top of the hill. They circled the hill and flew out to sea to the south, flying high above us. They made several quick circles and angled turns. You could hear a faint hiss or whistle, barely audible, that seemed to come from them.
“After that, they returned to Playa Grande and Cerro Ventana, areas controlled by the US Navy, and disappeared inside the mountain. It was as if they had merged with the side of the mountain.
“The most impressive event was when we found a huge object at night while we were fishing in the sea. I was with An’bal Corcino and her father, and we had just left La Esperanza.
“I was not aware of the object at first because I was the captain and in charge of the helm at the time. An’bal and his father saw it and shouted: ‘Carlos, look at this!’ I looked back and saw this huge… some kind of vessel. It came out of the sea near the Playa Grande lagoon in the south, where the Navy’s ROTHR radar system (Raytheon) is installed. He got up from his position and started approaching us.
“It was an extraordinary vessel, huge, immense, with many lights around it. It was a flying saucer, a round spaceship resembling a saucer, but really huge in size. It was some distance away from us, but clearly visible due to its size and the lights it had everywhere, yellow, blue and red lights.
“The peculiar thing about all this was that the object, that disk, was absorbing seawater. The water on the surface of the sea was swirling and bouncing around, as if it were boiling. It was like a whirlpool. It seemed to be rising to the saucer in a column of water.
“We were all very impressed. It was the first time in my life that I saw something like this. From where we were, it appeared to be about 40 to 50 feet in diameter, and we were about a mile and a half away. This can give you an idea of the size.
“But what impressed me the most was that it was sucking in seawater, and the water was swirling around like a blender. A column of bright green light, similar to that of a powerful spotlight, was coming out from under the object. There was a hole in there and the beam came out vertically. The water rose to the saucer through the beam of light. After that, the object flew westward at fantastic speed and disappeared in a matter of seconds.
“Many other people have seen this type of craft, the so-called flying saucers, both in the western and eastern parts of Vieques. If we look deeper into this situation, we will see that these areas are controlled by the US Navy, and the Navy has never reported this situation. They must have some knowledge of what’s going on. They just don’t seem to mind the presence of these objects.
“So we must ask ourselves if there is any kind of communication or collaboration between the occupants of these ships and people from the US Navy. But this is difficult to verify. It’s a complex situation. We must ask ourselves what is going on because the Navy never reports this and they (the Navy) have been here for 62 years.
“All this makes us wonder if there are no hidden reasons why the Navy forced the inhabitants of Vieques to leave their land to live on a small piece of land in the center of the island. The Navy controls the eastern and western portions of Vieques, in which there are large tracts of uninhabited and restricted areas, also containing hills and beaches to which no one has access.
“If these things are happening in these areas and the US Navy is somehow involved, it would be very convenient for them to have this happen in these areas because no one would see and know what they are doing there. It could also be that the US government and Navy personnel are secretly studying this advanced type of technology, possibly of a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ origin, in the Vieques area.
“Who knows? Perhaps the things we’ve seen here are related to new aircraft prototypes that are being secretly developed and tested. They may be in contact, communicating with the crew of these ships, the UFOs (U̳F̳O̳s), and they just don’t want the public to know.
“This situation is very serious. I was silent all this time because people might doubt what you say about this sort of thing. Not everyone has had the opportunity to see one of these crafts, especially one as big as the one we saw.
“My kids and I were arrested, arrested, just because we protested what they were doing in Vieques. I am aware that US government agencies have manipulated public opinion, people who have never witnessed any of this. They try to make you think that none of this (the U̳F̳O̳/a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ reality) is happening, and it is not real. They would probably start a ridiculous campaign against us and at the same time use it to discredit the struggle of the people of Vieques to bring about an end to the Navy’s bombing exercises. For this reason, I have refrained from making any comments until now.
“But the people of our country, especially Vieques, know me and they know that everything I do is based on my convictions and my principles. They know I’m not a publicist or someone who would make up this sort of thing because of my concern that it would undermine our seriousness and therefore our efforts to take out the Navy. That is our main objective. We have endured many personal sacrifices for the sake of our cause.
“The time has come to discuss this matter. The Navy used chemical and biological weapons on Vieques, an inhabited island. The use of such weapons is prohibited near populated areas. They denied it until recently, when it was verified by P̳e̳n̳t̳a̳g̳o̳n̳ documents.
“They also used live ammunition with depleted uranium and denied it until it was also proven. That’s why, from everything we’ve seen here, they may be using Vieques to make contact with these vessels and their crew, and keeping it a secret. Perhaps if a group of disciplined individuals like you were to investigate and publicize everything, the US Navy would feel compelled to reveal what is happening. But something is definitely going on, and the US Navy is somehow involved and doesn’t say what it is.”
Other anomalous events
There are many other events reported, including:
1. Landings of U̳F̳O̳s, humanoid beings on the US Navy/Raytheon Corporation ROTHR radar system.
2. S̳h̳o̳c̳k̳ing disclosures by US Navy security personnel regarding the presence of U̳F̳O̳/a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ on Vieques.
3. A joint US/a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ military activity
4. Clashes between U̳F̳O̳s and American fighters.
5. An apparent US Navy secret liaison program U̳F̳O̳/A̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ and an advanced technology test program a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳ on Vieques.
Author’s Note
The US Navy has stopped its bombing and military maneuvers on Vieques, but with the exception of a sector of land in the western region of Vieques, all other land previously controlled and restricted by that military agency has been handed over to the US Department of the Interior.
This department later placed it under the control of the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The US Fish and Wildlife Agency has converted the areas (Camp Garc’a, the site of the bombing, and the Playa Grande sector, where the ROTHR radar system is located, as well as the Kian’ Lagoon) into a haven for life. wild.
Access to these areas is now even more restricted to the public than it was during the US Navy’s control. What else could be going on that is being hidden from the people of Puerto Rico and the rest of the world?
